江西现代职业技术学院举办“中华文化 国际共融”国际交流活动 Jiangxi Modern Polytechnic College Holds "Chinese Culture, International Integration" Exchange Event

近日，江西现代职业技术学院成功举办了以“中华文化，国际共融”为主题的国际交流活动。此次活动由本校学生和外国留学生共同参与，通过圆桌交流、不同国家的美食体验以及中外文化问答等形式，搭建了一座文化交流的桥梁，增进了中外学生的友谊与相互理解。
Recently, Jiangxi Modern Polytechnic College successfully hosted an international exchange event under the theme of "Chinese Culture, International Integration." The event brought together domestic students and international students, fostering cultural exchange through roundtable discussions, global cuisine tastings, and cross-cultural quizzes, thereby strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between Chinese students and international students.
活动伊始，学院党委副书记、校长廖列法教授在致辞中表示，希望通过此次活动，让中外学生在交流中增进对彼此文化的了解，促进文化的多元发展，推动国际交流与合作迈向更深层次。
At the opening ceremony, Professor Liao Liefa, the college’s Deputy Party Secretary and President, expressed in his speech that he hoped the event would deepen cross-cultural understanding among students, promote multicultural development, and advance international exchange and cooperation to a deeper level.
在圆桌交流环节，同学们和外国留学生围坐在一起，围绕“中华文化，国际共融”这一主题展开了热烈的交流。大家基于各自的文化背景，分享了对中华文化的独特见解和感受。来自俄罗斯的留学生Mike表示：“中国的传统文化非常吸引我，尤其是中国的传统节日和美食，让我感受到了中华文化的魅力。”而中国学生刘思可则向外国留学生介绍了中国的传统礼仪、节日习俗等，双方在交流中碰撞出思想的火花，现场气氛十分活跃。
During the roundtable discussion, students and international participants engaged in lively conversations centered on the theme of "Chinese Culture, International Integration." Drawing from their respective cultural backgrounds, they shared unique perspectives and experiences regarding Chinese culture. Mike, an international student from Russia, said, "Chinese traditional culture fascinates me, especially its festivals and cuisine, which truly showcase its charm." Meanwhile, Chinese student Liu Sike introduced traditional Chinese etiquette and festival customs to the international students, sparking vibrant discussions and creating an enthusiastic atmosphere.
随后，活动进入了美食体验和文化问答环节。活动现场专门布置了六个不同国家的美食摊位和三个中外文化问答摊位，由外国留学生担任各美食摊位的‘摊主’，中国学生则扮演游客，用英文与他们购买美食和文化问答互动。学生们穿梭在各个摊位之间，品尝着不同国家的美食，同时积极与外国留学生交流，了解每道美食背后的文化和制作工艺。一位中国学生刘克兴奋地说：“通过品尝这些美食并完成任务，我不仅感受到了不同国家的文化氛围，还锻炼了我的英语交流能力，这是一次非常有意义的体验。”中外文化问答摊位也十分热闹，问答内容涵盖了中国历史、文化、艺术、传统习俗等多个方面，同时也涉及了外国留学生所在国家的文化特色。中外学生积极参与，踊跃答题，在轻松愉快的氛围中加深了对彼此文化的了解。一位来自法国的Abdoul留学生表示：“这种问答形式很有趣，不仅让我学到了很多中国足彩在线：中国文化的知识，也让我有机会向中国学生介绍我的国家。”
The event then moved on to the food tasting and cultural quiz segments. Six food stalls representing different countries and three cultural quiz booths were set up, with international students serving as stall operators while domestic students played the role of "tourists," interacting in English to purchase food and participate in cultural quizzes. Students wandered between the stalls, sampling international foods while actively conversing with the international students to learn about the cultural significance and preparation methods behind each dish.
"This experience is incredibly meaningful—not only did I get to taste diverse cuisines and complete fun tasks, but I also improved my English communication skills," said Liu Ke, a Chinese student, excitedly.
The cultural quiz booths were equally lively, covering topics such as Chinese history, culture, art, and traditions, as well as cultural features from the home countries of the international students. Both Chinese and international students enthusiastically participated, deepening their mutual cultural understanding in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
Abdoul, an international student from France, remarked, "The quiz format is very engaging. It not only taught me a lot about Chinese culture but also gave me the chance to introduce my own country to Chinese students."
此次活动不仅为中外学生提供了一个交流的平台，也让他们在品尝美食和交流互动中增进了对彼此文化的理解和尊重。江西现代职业技术学院通过这样的国际交流活动，展示了中华文化的独特魅力，促进了中外文化的交流与融合，为培养具有国际视野和跨文化交流能力的人才奠定了坚实的基础。
This event not only provided a platform for cultural exchange but also enhanced mutual respect and appreciation among the students through food and interactive activities.
